Tossa’s Traditional Cuisine group

This group was started in 2009 by Tossa’s Town Hall and several local restaurants to recover, make known among the public and enhance Tossa’s lifelong cuisine during the whole year.

The menus of these restaurants include clearly identified traditional dishes of Tossa’s lifelong cuisine, prepared with high quality ingredients.

The group organizes every year several gastronomical campaigns, among which the Casseroled Noodles in June and the “Cim i Tomba” Cuisine in September.

The members of Tossa’s Traditional Cuisine are the following restaurants: Bahia, Can Carlus, Can Pini, Castell Vell, El Petit,  Marina, Mestre d’Aixa, Minerva, Sa Barca, Sa Muralla, Tursia, Victòria and Víctor, that you will find in our restaurant list classified as Tossa’s Traditional Cuisine.
