The Women‘s Museum was opened in 2020 with the intention of recreating and explaining the life of Tossa before the beginning of tourism and its transformation, always from the place occupied by women. The building that hosts this museum is a lovely exemple of a 16th. century farmhouse.

Built in 1917 on the highest part of Cap de Tossa, it is currently the headquarters of the new Tossa Lighthouse museum project. A century of maritime signals on the Costa Brava, a reference space for anyone interested in obtaining an in-depth view of the world of lighthouses.
